Inflammatory disorders pose a significant public health threat and the heavy load of our health expenditure.  Employed with interdisciplinary knowledge and cutting edge techniques, Center for Inflammation Research (CIR) is dedicated to unravel the complex mechanisms for initiation, regulation, and resolution of inflammatory responses.  The CIR's mission is to improve the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of human inflammatory pathologies including infectious diseases, autoimmune diseases, cancer, chronic inflammatory diseases, and senescence.
